Completion of Sherman/Burlington Work to be Delayed
The target date to complete concrete refinishing work now under way on South Sherman Street and Burlington Avenue has been extended due to the discovery of some areas of bad concrete that must be replaced.
This will delay the reopening of the streets in the project area until Friday, Sept. 20. It was originally scheduled to be finished by Sept. 18. This date depends on conditions and the progress of the work
Extensive traffic control is in place and will shift as the project progresses, so motorists are advised to use extra caution or avoid the area if possible.
