PODCAST: Improving your trip to and from Las Vegas

Whether you're heading to the Sphere, catching a concert or trying your luck at the tables, Las Vegas is a draw for many Arizonans. But if your trip back falls on a busy travel weekend, your luck can run out approaching Kingman on southbound US 93.

That's why we're so excited about a project underway to create a free-flowing interchange between US 93 and Interstate 40. This improvement will free drivers passing through Kingman from needing to negotiate Beale Street's traffic lights to reach I-40. And it will improve traffic flow for area residents as well.

In this episode of On the Road With ADOT, Public Information Officer Garin Groff provides an update on this interchange project. He also chats host Doug Nintzel about other ADOT projects improving travel in northwestern Arizona.
