Maine Dems Statement on Billionaire Extremists Racing to Boost Austin Theriault

Maine Democratic Party Executive Director Tim Grose released the following statement:

"The recent reporting on out-of-state attacks against Congressman Jared Golden is just the latest example of what Mainers already know: that Austin Theriault is being bought and paid for by billionaire extremists like Richard Uihlein and Elon Musk because they know he will be a rubber stamp in Congress for their shared agenda which will hurt Maine's women, families, and seniors.

"In Congress, Rep. Golden has led the fight to combat corruption, get money out of politics, and stop politicians from enriching themselves when they should be working to serve their constituents. On November 5, Mainers will re-elect Jared Golden because they want real leaders standing up for them in Washington D.C. who are committed to representing them, not billionaires and special interests."
