EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Post-Effective Amendment to the Registration Statement on Form N-1A is filed pursuant to Rule 485(b)(1)(iii) for the sole purpose of designating September 27, 2024 as the new effective date for Post-Effective Amendment No. 467 to the Registration Statement filed on May 31, 2024, for the T-Rex 2X Inverse Ether Daily Target ETF and the T-Rex 2X Long Ether Daily Target ETF.
