ACEC Congratulates House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves

WASHINGTON - ACEC President and CEO Linda Bauer Darr released the following statement on Congressman Sam Graves continuing as chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee:

"ACEC and its member engineering firms congratulate Chairman Sam Graves on retaining the gavel to lead the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee in the next Congress. Under his leadership, several key legislative accomplishments have been achieved, including WRDA and the bipartisan FAA reauthorization bill, which we proudly supported. We look forward to collaborating with Chairman Graves and his subcommittee chairs on new policy initiatives in the next Congress, especially surface transportation reauthorization, which is a top priority for America's engineering industry."
