Broome County - The Binghamton Board of Education, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School 2025 Renovations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves renovations at the Elementary School including multiple interior upgrades, building construction of 45,000 square foot and demolition of a portion of the 1970's construction 42,000 square foot. The project is located at 9 Ogden Street in the Town of Binghamton, New York.
