NBC News reports House Majority PAC's ads feature doctors lying about Republicans' position on women's healthcare and "saying that Republican candidates shouldn't represent 'us' or 'our' communities in Congress."

"But in at least four instances… these Republican-blasting doctors did not live in the district where they were advertising."
