Willkie advised Turnspire Capital Partners LLC on its acquisition of GHP Group Inc., a leading designer and supplier of consumer outdoor living and indoor heating products.
On October 2, Turnspire Capital Partners announced that an affiliate acquired GHP, a leader in designing, sourcing, and supplying patio heaters, fireplaces, portable heating products, barbecue grills, and water dispensers under a portfolio of well-recognized brands.
