Adoption of Amendments to Local Bankruptcy Rules
Following notice and comment, the Judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York have adopted amendments to the Local Bankruptcy Rules pursuant to General Order M-641. The new Local Rules are effective September 30, 2024 and are available on the Court's website here.
The amendments include three new model forms:
- Model Interim DIP Financing & Cash Collateral Order (Local Rule 4001-2)
- Model Relief From Automatic Stay Order to Permit Continuation of Foreclosure Action (Local Rule 4001-1)
- Model Notice of Presentment Form (Local Rule 9013-2)
The forms are available on the Court's website here. The Court reiterates its thanks and appreciation to the Local Rules Committee and the Business Bankruptcy Advisory Committee for their assistance with these comprehensive amendments.
