3. Due to recent incidences of fraud related to the FSAFEDS program, OPM has disabled the FSAFEDS website and new elections cannot be made at this time. OPM is currently working the issue. Employees who are now unable to make elections because of the downtime will be permitted to make retroactive elections once the website has been restored.

4. If you currently have Federal Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) or a civilian TSP account please make sure you review your BENEFICIARIES. Make changes if needed.
