WHAT: State Board of Education Meeting

WHEN: 9 a.m. Thursday, October 10, 2024

WHERE: Auditorium, Division of Elementary and Secondary Education, Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR 72201

The board will continue to receive written public comment via email and postal mail. To ensure State Board members have sufficient time to review the comments, public comments should be received by 9 a.m. October 9, 2024. Comments can be emailed to[email protected]or mailed to the Arkansas Department of Education, Division of Elementary and Secondary Education, Four Capitol Mall, Room 304-A, Little Rock, AR 72201.

Work Session

The board will hold a work session at 1 p.m. October 9, 2024, in the Auditorium at the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education, Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR 72201. The board will discuss ATLAS cut scores and four-day school weeks.

The work session will not be live streamed.

Tour

The board will tour Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, 7400 Scott Hamilton Drive, Little Rock, AR 72209, at 10:30 a.m. October 9, 2024.
