Carnahan was convicted of the following charges:
• U.S. Federal Court (North Dakota) in 2018: Attempt to Engage in Sexual Act. His victim was a 16-year-old female.
• Cowlitz District Court (Washington) in 2012: Indecent Liberties. His victim was a 17-year-old female.
• Cowlitz Juvenile Court (Washington): Incest - 1st Degree. His victim was a 4-year-old female.
