Cyber Awareness and IT User Agreement- Notification Issues

BLUF: Notifications of expiring training are not being sent to users. Please check ATCTS training profile to ensure disruption of service for HQ-DODIN accounts.

Who: All Users with active HQ-DODIN (Formerly RCAS)
What: Expiring Cyber Awareness Training and IT User Agreement
Where: INNG
When: Annual
Why: Script is not working to send users notification of training expiration causing users inability to sign into their laptops/workstations.
How: Users go to https://atcts.army.mil/ and login to check their profile for DoD Cyber Awareness. Users who are expiring or expired can login to https://cs.signal.army.mil complete training, and sign IT User Agreement. Users may get redirected to JKO. Follow all instructions. DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR CERTIFICATES TO ATCTS!!!! WE SAY AGAIN, DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR CERTIFICATES TO ATCTS!!!!

Any users experiencing issues, place a ticket in AESMP by creating one from an ISP/Personal device, having someone place the ticket on your behalf at https://www.aesmp.army.mil/csm or calling AESD at 1-866-335-2769
