On July 11, 2014, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California ("Court"), Oakland Division, Case No. 23-41723 WJL, the Court entered an order extending the General Bar Date, as defined in the Bar Date Order, to August 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). Debtor was ordered by the Court to serve the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota with a copy of the Notice Package, and Debtor's counsel requested that we post the provided Sexual Abuse Claim Notice Package.
