At 10:41 PM, Troopers arrested Colby Park, age 18, of 5 Michael Drive Lincoln, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .08 - .10 (Phase I: 0.086% & Phase II: 0.083%) - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 6, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 1:29 AM, Troopers arrested Stephanie A. Herrera, age 35, of 49 Valley Brook Drive East Providence, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Sale or Concealment originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 1:33 AM, Troopers arrested Rueben Colorado Andre, age 43, of 78 Thomas Street, Apartment 3, New Bedford, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
