Terex to Acquire Dover’s ESG Business

Fried Frank acted as counsel to Terex (NYSE: TEX) in its $2 billion acquisition of the Environmental Solutions Group ("ESG") business of Dover (NYSE: DOV). Dover is a diversified global manufacturer and solutions provider. Its ESG business is a leading provider of refuse collection vehicles, compactors, and balers, as well as related aftermarket equipment and digital offerings, including onboard vehicle safety systems, route management, predictive maintenance, and customer relationship management software. Terex is a global manufacturer of lifting and material processing products and services.
