Dr. Deidre Daria Named Interim Cores Director

Dr. Deidre Daria has been named interim Associate Vice Chancellor, Institutional Research Cores, effective August. 1, 2024. She also remains director of the Flow Cytometry and Cell Sorting Core, a position she has held since 2022.

Dr. Daria, who joined UTHSC in 2018, received her PhD at the University of Ulm, Germany with subsequent postdoc experience at Batelle. As interim, she succeeds Tiffany Seagroves, PhD, who served as UTHSC associate vice chancellor of the Institutional Research Cores, for eight years.
