Join Us for a Tele-Town Hall with Nebraska's Congressional Delegation

Nebraska Farm Bureau members will have the opportunity to speak with and hear directly from members of Nebraska's Congressional delegation later this month and hear the latest on what is happening in Washington, D.C. NEFB has secured time for two tele-townhall events with the first featuring Nebraska Senators Deb Fischer and Pete Ricketts and the other focused on Congressmen Mike Flood, Don Bacon, and Adrian Smith.  The call with both of Nebraska's U.S. Senators is scheduled for October 29 from 7-8 p.m. (CT). The with the U.S. House members is scheduled for October 30 7:15 - 8:15 p.m. (CT). You will receive an email and text message with specific details on how to join the call in the days ahead.

Nebraska AG Hilgers Files Brief to Stop Electric Truck Mandate

Attorney General Mike Hilgers led a coalition of states in filing a brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit today. Hilgers's suit is aimed at stopping the Biden-Harris Administration from imposing an electric-vehicle mandate on truck manufacturers. Attorney General Hilgers is leading a coalition of 24 States in Nebraska v. EPA to challenge the new rule.
