On August 29, 2024, The New York State Police in conjunction with Clinton County Stop DWI conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative in Clinton County, NY.

During the initiative, twenty-six businesses were checked for compliance. Two businesses were not in compliance and were charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First degree, a class "A" misdemeanor, after selling alcohol to persons under the age of 21.

The following businesses were NOT in compliance with the New York Beverage Control Law Section 65, Prohibited Sale to Person Under the Age of 21
