/KASE, June 28, 2024/ - Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), with its shares on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE that its annual general meeting of shareholders starts on August 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Its agenda includes the following issues: - approve the 2023 audited financial statements of the company; - determine the procedure and form of distribution of net income of the company for 2023 reporting financial year and approve the amount of 2023 dividend per common share of the company. Determine the start date for dividend payments; - study shareholder appeals regarding the actions of the company and its officials in 2023 and results of their study.
