NOTICE REGARDING THE HANDLING OF JUDGE SLADE'S CASES EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 25, 2024

In anticipation of his official appointment on November 25, 2024, on November 24, 2024 before 11:59 p.m., all Calendar ABG cases will be reassigned to Judge Michael B. Slade. There will be a docket entry created on each case notifying all parties of the reassignment.

All matters set for hearing through the end of 2024 will remain on the dates and times currently set and utilize the existing ZOOM meeting information. The in-person location will be courtroom 642 starting with the December 2, 2024 court call. Any new matters to be scheduled for hearing in 2024 should be scheduled using the dates, times, and ZOOM meeting information set forth on the Calendar ABG webpage.

Starting in 2025:

• Cook County chapters 7/11 court call will be on Mondays, starting on Monday, January 13th.
• Cook County chapter 13 court call will be on Tuesdays, starting on Tuesday, January 7th.
• Lake County court calls will be on every third Wednesday, starting on Wednesday, January 15th. The Lake County matters currently set for hearing on Friday, January 10th must be re-noticed to Wednesday, January 15th.
