- LSX Disclosure Regulation, 008/LSX dated 27 Sep 2018;
- Letter of Announcement on Designation of LALCO as Non-Compliance of Disclosure (NCD) on the 2024 Semi-Annual Periodical Disclosure, No. 1124/LSX dated 4 September 2024;
- Periodical Disclosure for 2024 Semi-Annual of LALCO on 10 September 2024.

Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) is honored to notify that Lao Asean Leasing Public Company (LALCO) has been being designated as Non-Compliance of Disclosure (NCD), the LALCO shares has been put "NCD" sign from 9 September 2024 onwards. Since 10 September 2024 LALCO has completely disclosed the 2024 Semi-Annual Periodical Information on the LSX Disclosure Portal. Therefore, the LSX shall remove the "NCD" sign from 12 September 2024 onwards.
