DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global chemical and specialty materials company, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.70 per share on its common stock, payable August 12, 2024.

The dividend is payable to stockholders of record as of July 30, 2024.
