Removal of the issuer Replek AD Skopje from the Watch List

We inform you that on July 15, 2024, the Stock Exchange removed the issuer Replek AD Skopje from the "Watch List" that is published on the Stock Exchange's website, due to the fact that the procedure for stock split and decrease of the nominal value of shares and changes in the company's Statute is finished.

The company Replek AD Skopje was entered on the "Watch List" on 07.05.2024 in accordance with 61-a of the Listing Rules, due to the announced decision of the Shareholders'Assembly for stock split and decrease of the nominal value of shares and changes in the company's Statute.
