The President of Hungary stressed that the Central Asian country is an important strategic partner for Hungary, and we support regular summits between EU and Central Asian leaders.

During the meeting, economic and financial cooperation between the two countries, energy security, water governance and opportunities for the training of specialists were discussed.

Dr. Tamás Sulyok added that the Hungarian-Kazakh political relationship is in its heyday, and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will visit Hungary soon.
