On Aug. 7, 2024 at-risk missing person Truman Simon was located safe and unharmed in Long Beach by officers.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 73-year-old at-risk missing person, Truman Simon, who was last seen on Aug. 6, 2024, at approximately 9:00 p.m.

Simon was last seen on foot in the area of Harding Street and Atlantic Avenue. Simon suffers from mental conditions and may become disoriented. He is wearing a medical identification bracelet.

At-risk missing person Truman Simon is described as follows:

Age: 73-years-old
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 105lbs
Hair: Bald
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Black ball cap, black and white flannel, white button up undershirt, gray pants, black and white shoes.
Scars/ Marks/ Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: Suffers from mental conditions and may become disoriented.
