Election Day Construction Alert: Four School Locations Affected

Voters at four school locations will notice construction work while voting on Tuesday, August 6. Take a look at the list below to see if your voting location is one that is affected by the Primary Election on Tuesday, August 6th. When arriving on voting day, please look for directional signs showing entrance changes.

Please note that voters may need to walk longer distances to get to their voting location entrance. Temporary bathroom solutions will be available at all affected school locations.

Haigh
 Parking may be limited
 Voting will be held in the media center
 Entrance - Changed to Only Door 4 to the left of the main entrance

Nowlin
 Parking in the back of the building and may be limited
 Voting will be held in the cafeteria as always
 Entrance - Changed to Only at rear of building Door 6

Long
 Parking may be limited
 Voting will be in the cafeteria
 Entrance - Only at Main Entrance Door 1 on Westwood St

Howard
 Parking lot in back of building will be closed
 Employee parking lot at the north side is open and may be limited
 Entrance - Only at Main Entrance Door 1 on N. York
 Voting will be held in the cafeteria

Voters may opt to vote with a mail-in ballot that are available at the Dearborn Clerk's Office at 16901 Michigan Ave. The office will be open Saturday, August 3 from 7a.m.-3 p.m. For more information, please call the Dearborn Clerk's Office at 313-943-2010.
