TRAFFIC ALERT: Vernon Co. Route E CLOSED for Pipe Replacement Oct. 15, 17 & 21

Where: Vernon County Route E between Route NN and County Road 3125 east of Montevallo

When: 7 a.m.-4 p.m., October 15, 17 & 21

What: MoDOT crews replacing three (3) damaged pipes underneath the road

Traffic Impacts:

• Route E CLOSED where crews are working
• All Route E lanes OPEN at night
• Drivers will have access to driveways and entrances on either end of the work zone but will not be able to travel through the work zone
• No signed detours
• Drivers urged to find alternate routes
• Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
• Check MoDOT's Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
