The Permitting, Licensing, and Business Tax Receipts counters at City Hall will be closed, and the EnerGov CSS portal will be offline from Thursday, December 5, through Sunday, December 8, for system upgrades.
Residents with appointments are encouraged to utilize the permitting and licensing counters Monday, December 2, through Wednesday, December 4, between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. The permitting counter is closed to the public on Fridays. Counter appointments should be scheduled using the Q-less virtual line system.
Business Tax Receipts services are available at the City Clerk's department counter Monday, December 2, through Wednesday, December 4, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. No appointment is required.
To streamline the process, users are advised to schedule permit inspections through the Citizen Self-Service portal before noon on Wednesday, December 4.
During the upgrade period, residents and contractors cannot submit permit applications, check permit statuses, schedule inspections, apply for licenses, or renew Business Tax Receipts. Normal operations are expected to resume by Monday, December 9, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
