Junior Ranger Explorer Walk - Centennial Park, Campbells Bay

Join your Auckland Parks Ranger to explore, learn and discover more about the facinating Centennial Park and become an Auckland Parks Junior Ranger.

Junior Ranger walks are suitable for children age 6-12 years, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years or over.

Activities may include:
• Weed warriors and pest detectives
• Bug hunts
• Nature treasure hunts
• Secrets of our native plants

It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to always supervise their children during the JRW.

What to bring:
• Ranger gears: Make sure you are dressed for the elements, closed in footwear, sun smart hat & sunscreen.
• Ranger fuel: Be sure to bring your reusable water bottle and snacks to keep you going.
• Ranger Time: Make sure you arrive early and are all geared up to go at the start time. Rangers are busy protecting our environment so let's not keep them waiting.
