On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., the Town Council will consider a request for approval of an exception to the Height Pole and Netting Policy

to allow preparation of visual renderings by the Town's Consultant rather than installing story poles and netting on site as required by the policy for the pending project located at 50 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road.
