Amkor Strengthens Investment in Vietnam

We are pleased to announce that Amkor Technology has received an investment registration certificate from the Bac Ninh provincial government to increase our investment in Vietnam to $1.6 billion. This significant milestone was achieved at the Vietnam-South Korea Business Forum in Seoul, held during Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's official visit to South Korea from June 30 to July 3.

The certificate was presented by BacNinh Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan to JinAn Lee, Corporate VP and Head of Worldwide Manufacturing at Amkor, symbolizing the strong partnership between Amkor and the Vietnamese government.

This expansion reinforces Amkor's commitment to regional growth and enhances our position in the global semiconductor supply chain. We look forward to contributing further to Vietnam's technological advancement and economic development through this increased investment.
