with NT$ 0.20121445 per share
4.Reason for the change:
Due to the capital increase through earnings transfer of 7,751,414 shares
in the fourth quarter of 2023 and the change in the par value of shares
from NT$10 to NT$1, the number of outstanding shares has been affected,
resulting in a change in the dividend payout ratio for shareholders.
5.Any other matters that need to be specified:
According to the Board resolution on Aug 09, 2024, the Chairman is
authorized to handle the adjustment of the distribution ratio.
