Public Hearing: AESA24-0003

The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Lindi Weber of Westwood Professional Services, Inc. on behalf of the property owner, Hillwood Corporation, to create an ecological mitigation plan for the permanent removal and temporary disturbance of ecologically important areas, known as Environmentally Sensitive Areas (ESAs). The subject site, formerly known as Hunter Ranch, is generally on approximately 3,152 acres of land, generally located on both sides of I-35W, between Robson Ranch Road and Vintage Boulevard in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
