Published on August 21, 2024

There's now a convenient one-stop location for conducting in-person business at City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail.

What's new: Residents can visit the fifth-floor Customer Center between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. There is plenty of free parking available in front of the building.

What services are offered? Development Services, Water bill pay, Water applications, and Central Cashier. In addition, these services are standing ready to assist residents on an as-needed basis: Park & Recreation, Environmental Services, Transportation & Public Works, Neighborhood Services, and Fire Department.

Development Services

The Development Services Department relocation consolidates all development-related services, including building permits, trades, plats, infrastructure, zoning, water development, backflow, and grease traps, in one location.

Since all development-related services have been consolidated, waiting areas are limited on the fifth floor. So a new and simplified sign-in process has been created for customers seeking assistance with development projects:

  • Upon arrival, customers can sign in at the lobby kiosks and wait to be called to the fifth floor.
  • Or, appointments can be scheduled in advance through the Development Services website or by scanning the QR code below.
  • This new process aims to provide a faster and more personalized experience for customers.

What has not changed: The water customer contact center remains open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for receiving phone calls about account services.
