Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Friday, December 13, 2024, at 10:27 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph A. Lagreca, age 37, of 172 Woodward Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Bank Fraud originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the City of Providence. Lagreca was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to the Providence Police Department.

On Friday, December 13, 2024, at 10:39 PM, Troopers arrested Elsie E. Gomez, age 34, of 1 Mill Street, Apartment #1512, Tiverton, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown - First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense, and 3.) Driving with Suspended License - Fourth and Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Gomez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a bail violator, and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
