INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Kim M. Belden (49) for Perjury in the 2nd Degree, a Class E Felony and Offering False Instrument for Filing 1st Degree - Intent to Defraud, a Class E Felony. An investigation determined that Kim M. Belden had filed an affidavit to the Washington County Supreme Court and later testified that the affidavit was false while under oath.

Belden was released on an Appearance Ticket to appear in the Town of Fort Edward Court at a later date.
