Rep. Austin Scott to Host Service Academy Day

WARNER ROBINS, Ga.-- U.S. Representative Austin Scott (GA-08) today announced that he is hosting a U.S. Service Academy Day on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins, Ga.

"It is imperative that we have young patriots continue to lead in all of our military branches to maintain our military strength and national security," Rep. Scott said. "I strongly encourage interested candidates and their families to attend my office's Service Academy Day event to receive insightful information about the one-of-a-kind opportunities our nation's service academies have to offer to students from Georgia's Eighth."

Representatives from the U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, in addition to representatives from Rep. Sanford D. Bishop, Jr.'s (GA-02) office and several ROTC and Parents' Clubs will be in attendance.

Service Academy Day is free and open to the public. All high school students and their parents are welcome to attend.
