"Our new office space will take us to a new level of collaboration," said Aaron H. Jacoby, Los Angeles managing partner. "The cutting-edge design brings the office of the future to the present - with an array of technological, aesthetic, and indoor/outdoor features that are unlike anything you'll find in another law firm workspace."
The 43rd-floor office was designed by architectural firm Donaldson + Partners. The office offers breathtaking views and a variety of features, including:
"It has been a wonderful experience working with ArentFox Schiff to bring this unique project to life," said Mark Hershman, managing partner of Donaldson + Partners. "Our goal was to break away from traditional office design to create a space that encourages connection, collaboration, and an indoor/outdoor aesthetic uniquely available in LA."
The newly constructed office space will accommodate approximately 115 employees supporting several key practice areas, including the firm's Automotive, Cannabis, Corporate & Securities, Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Health Care, and Labor, Employment & OSHA groups.
"We continue to see immense opportunity in Los Angeles and are focused on expanding our footprint and client base," said Chairman Anthony V. Lupo. "We wanted our LA office to set a precedent for a new era in workspace design. We intend to do the same for our DC office, which will be moving to Midtown Center in early 2028. Both of these spaces prioritize technology, teamwork, and in-person and remote connectivity - and will be a draw for clients, attorneys, and staff for many years to come."
