The cash dividend has been decided to be paid on 2024/07/25. If the work
suspension occurs due to the typhoon "Gaemi", the remittance of cash
dividends by financial institutions may not be on time and will probably
be postponed to the next business day.

In the case where there is no disruption to the business day, cash dividend
will be paid on the scheduled date 2024/07/25. If the influence of typhoon
"Gaemi" results in the extension of the work suspension, the cash dividend
