Willkie advised technology company Bending Spoons on its acquisition of Issuu, an industry-leading digital publishing platform.
On July 19, Bending Spoons announced that it closed its acquisition of Issuu, a digital publishing platform that is used by one million creators and marketers annually.
Bending Spoons has served a billion people across the globe through its suite of digital technology products, including Evernote, Meetup, Remini, StreamYard, and Splice. Willkie previously advised Bending Spoons on its acquisitions of Evernote, Meetup and StreamYard.
