Sealed proposals for the purchase of $8,660,000 maximum aggregate principal amount of Taxable Revenue Bonds (Mabion Facility), Series 2024, of the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (the "KCATA"), will be received by the President and CEO of the KCATA at 1200 East 18th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108 until 5:00 P.M., Central Time on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.

The KCATA has prepared an Official Bid Form, a copy of which may be obtained from the President and CEO. The purchaser(s) of the Taxable Revenue Bonds (Mabion Facility), Series 2024 (or its parent, controlling party, members, owners or guarantors) shall be "Accredited Investors" as defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933 and "Qualified Institutional Buyers" as defined in Rule 144A or the Company (as defined in the Notice of Bond Sale).
