Honoring the Life of Officer Luciano Ortega 24-082

On July 28, 2024, the San Francisco Police Department lost one of our own in an unexpected death. Officer Luciano Ortega served the San Francisco community for 9 years, most recently out of Mission Station. His colleagues, community, and loved ones will greatly miss him.

On Friday, August 9, 2024, members of the San Francisco Police Department will be gathering at St. Mary's Cathedral, located at 1111 Gough Street, San Francisco, to honor Officer Luciano Ortega. The service will be held at 10:00 a.m. and will be open to all who want to attend.
