Supply chain rotational program in action

Our supply chain rotational program helps our employees find their passion, build their leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience.

How it works

The two-year program is designed to help recent graduates understand our business. Participants spend six months to a year at different plants in our network and rotate through three diverse assignments. They graduate with broad new skillsets and can choose their preferred role and location to continue their journey as future supply chain leaders.

Meet Tasnim

After graduating from Rutgers University, Tasnim Quayum, joined the program as a product planner, completing her first rotation in Denver, Pennsylvania.

"It's an opportunity to learn different areas of the business before settling into a specific role. It really gives you insight into what goes on in different plants, what kind of roles are at the different plants," said Tasnim.

In her rotation with Denver, Tasnim has worked to increase the efficiency of Milano cookie production by encouraging communication on the line, collaborating with the electric team to ensure the conveyor belts are synced, and working to create perfectly sized cookies.

"I definitely tasted a few of them," said Tasnim.

Through her rotation, Tasnim helped reduce waste for the plant and ensured the cookies taste great!
