'Cool Met Stuff': How to assess the intensity of tropical cyclones

Most tropical cyclones develop over the ocean. As surface observations are relatively sparse, how can forecasters understand their intensity changes? The new episode of "Cool Met Stuff" will introduce the various methods in assessing the intensity of tropical cyclones.
