Clemson to host Annual Ethics Day on October 23

Clemson University's 7thAnnual Ethics Day event will be held on Wednesday, October 23, hosted by the Rutland Institute for Ethics and College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences.

The keynote address will be delivered by Nancy Love, Borchardt and Glysson Professor and JoAnn Silverstein Distinguished University Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Michigan.

A Clemson alumna, Love will be featured in student, faculty and keynote sessions that offer the Clemson community the opportunity to engage with how a multi-disciplinary "people-first" engineering approach can impact our lives for the better.

The keynote address, When Ethical Norms Collide: A Viewpoint from Multi-Disciplinary "People First" Engineering, will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Hendrix Student Center Almeda R. Jacks Ballrooms.

All sessions will be offered virtually as well as in-person.
