Inseason Action #8 in Ocean Salmon Fisheries, North of Cape Falcon (recreational)

NOAA Fisheries has taken inseason action in the recreational salmon fishery in the area between Cape Falcon and Leadbetter Point (Columbia River Subarea).

  • Effective 12:01 AM Monday, August 12, 2024, the recreational salmon fishery in the area between Cape Falcon and Leadbetter Point (Columbia River Subarea) is closed. Possession of salmon onboard a vessel is prohibited between Cape Falcon and Leadbetter Point (Columbia River Subarea).
