On Friday November 8th at 9:40 AM, Troopers arrested Edward Pena, age 46, of 38 Phebe Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs, originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Ave in the City of Providence. Pena was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
On Friday November 8th at 1:28 PM, Troopers arrested Percy Judd, age 52, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Fourt District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with an Expired License originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Eddy Street in the City of Providence. Judd was transported to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Friday November 8th at 6:30 PM, Troopers arrested Jorge Salmeron, age 25, of 30 Grotto Avenue, Apt. 1, Pawtucket, RI for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. Salmeron was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a violator by the Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Friday November 8th at 6:30 PM, Troopers arrested Leonel Tavares, age 41, of 250 Harrison Street, Apt. 2, Fall River, Massachusetts for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. Tavares was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.
On Saturday November 9th at 1:15 AM, Troopers arrested Josue Losada, age 28, of 74 Cameron Street Apt. #2 Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs- BAC .10 to .15 or Greater, First Offense (Phase I results: .120, Phase II: .126). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Summit Street in the City of Pawtucket. Losada was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
