The program is designed specifically for credit union leaders and equips participants with the competencies, knowledge and tools to develop effective, inclusive leadership strategies.

What to expect
Participants will earn 3.8 continuing education units (CEUs) upon completing the course. The program is designed to be highly interactive, combining lectures, class discussions, case studies and application of concepts through hands-on projects. Training grants are available for credit unions with assets of less than $150 million from the Credit Union Foundation of MD|DC.
