Making healthy, frozen treats at home doesn't require lots of work and ingredients. Take these frozen banana pops; they are easy to make, kid approved and only 110 calories!

Bananas contain potassium, a mineral that all cells of your body need to function properly. Plus, they freeze well, making them the perfect base for these homemade popsicles.

Simply place banana halves on a stick, dip in yogurt, and top with a cereal or freeze-dried fruit of your choice before popping in the freezer for a couple hours to set. Enjoy as a guilt-free dessert or try making them right after breakfast to enjoy for a mid-afternoon treat when the summer humidity is at its worst.
